Anyone that has ever worked for a medium to large company knows that procuring a computer and hardware accessories needed to do one’s job can be a real hassle (to say the least).

At both my current and previous employers I find it much easier to pay (out of pocket) for the things I need rather than provide use the horrible procurement system to create a business case for a mouse only to have it rejected because it is $5 over my spending limit. The time alone that this type of thing would save employees would easily make them more productive.
