I had it installed on my BlackBerry for over a year and now have it on my iPhone and iPad. The Bible is always at my side allowing me to read and study no matter where I am.

I’ve seen some statistics in the past in regards to how many times the Bible App has been installed, but I have always wondering how much usage the application sees. The guys at YouVersion have created the below infographic that shows exactly what goes on during one minute in the community. Multiply that by 1440 minutes for a 24 hour period and that’s a lot of Bible going on :)

I ran across this video today and simply had to share it. I love it when the ridiculousness of Christians is called out (no matter who calls it out). As a community, we Christians really need to step back and laugh at ourselves once in a while. It might actually make us normal to the rest of the world.

The average church technology volunteers puts in hours behind the scenes. Maintaining the church’s computers, network, video equipment, website, etc. all require specialized skills which unfortunately no one usually notices until something goes wrong.
